REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift Cards.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are given: Goods with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missed refunds

If you still haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift card will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send the gift giver a refund and they will be made aware of your return

Shipping and returns

To return the product, you must send the product to: Leccebnb | Online shop | avenue of the Constitution, 3 | 73020 Cutrofiano (LE).

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For each of your return requests, you will be charged a fixed amount of €6.99 as the cost of returning the return.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replaced product to reach you may vary.
